HOLISTIC 360° SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES TO THRIVE
At Upward Bound House, we believe that every family—no matter their circumstances—deserves the opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency. Our dedicated team of clinicians, directors, and support staff provides comprehensive wraparound services including emergency housing, education support, workforce development, behavioral therapy, and long-term case management.
Even after families transition into permanent housing, we continue supporting them for two years, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to truly thrive. Our trauma-informed, evidence-based approach addresses the root causes of homelessness while building on each family's existing strengths.
